Limited Visits and Yearly Permits

Under the new regulations, worshipers are only permitted to spend 10 minutes inside Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif, with visits restricted to those holding yearly permits. To ensure fair access, visitors who are unable to make their scheduled visit must promptly cancel their permit, allowing others to take their place. Failure to cancel will result in a one-year wait for another appointment.

Adherence to Rules and Regulations

When obtaining permits through the Nusuk app, visitors must agree to adhere to these rules. Additionally, visitors must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time and confirm their presence in the Haram half an hour before. Each permit barcode can only be used once, and visitors must present it at the gate for entry.
