This service will allow Hajj pilgrims to authenticate their identity through the Absher and Tawakkalna platforms.

This is important because then the Hajj pilgrims will be able to use their IDs through their pilgrimage.

The digital ID service will enhance the pilgrims' Hajj experience.

The Ministry of Interior launched the digital ID service in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

The digital ID service for Hajj pilgrims is part of Saudi Arabia's initiative to use the latest digital technology to serve Hajj pilgrims to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
