Mustafa & Bella Hadid Release Music Video 'Gaza is Calling'

Sudanese poet and singer Mustafa the Poet released a music video titled 'Gaza is Calling' featuring American supermodel Bella Hadid who is of Palestinian origin.

Alongside Hadid, the music video features rapper MC Abdul, Israa Ahmad Ar’arawi, and Younes Ahmad Ar’arawi.

Mustafa shared the music video on his Instagram and shared that the song is now available on all streaming platforms.

'Gaza is Calling' is dedicated to Musatafa's childhood Palestinian friend in Toronto and was produced in 2020. The music video features scenes from the present-day West Bank and Jenin.

All proceeds from the song will go to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund. (PCRF).

The music video featured Bella Hadid and MC Abdul reflecting on old photographs and shared memories. This narrative is intertwined with the story of Israa Ahmed and her brother, residing in a Jenin refugee camp surrounded by devastation.

Both narratives parallel when Hadid shares a hug with Abdul while Ahmed shares a hug with her brother.

Hadid recently donated one million dollars with her sister Gigi Hadid for relief efforts in Gaza.

The supermodel represented Palestine at the Cannes Film Festival by wearing a keffiyeh dress. With this music video, Hadid continues to use her platform to raise awareness about the war in Gaza.
