Turkish Police Arrest Man for Verbally Harassing Saudi Men

A Turkish citizen was arrested after threatening Saudi tourists with a knife at a restaurant in Istanbul’s Maslak area. The incident, captured in a viral video on social media, showed the man brandishing a knife and shouting insults at the tourists.

In the video, the man can be heard yelling, "Don’t speak Arabic… you’re in Turkey," as he menacingly waved the knife. Saudi businessmen Khaled Al-Fawzan and Ibrahim Al-Hadithi, the targets of the attack, tried to remain calm during the confrontation. Reports indicate that the assailant was intoxicated at the time of the incident. Turkish authorities quickly intervened and removed the man from the scene.
